Designed and managed by Serica
We design the itinerary, set the price and service standard, manage bookings and coordinate the day. Local delivery is arranged with appropriately licensed regional travel partners under our service requirements.

| Your tour organiser | Serica Journeys Pty Ltd designs and manages the tour and remains responsible for the services in your booking. Your confirmation identifies the itinerary, date, tour format, inclusions and price. |

| Shared or private | Shared small-group tours bring together travellers from different bookings. Private tours are exclusively for your own party. The maximum group size and any minimum-number condition are stated for each tour before booking. |
| A day, clearly planned | Each day tour specifies its approximate duration, meeting or pick-up point, finishing arrangements and walking requirements. Hotel pick-up, transport, meals and admissions are included only where the chosen tour says so. |
| Booking and admissions | Booking cut-offs and passport-information deadlines depend on the tour and attraction. Where included admissions require advance, real-name reservations, we arrange them within the attraction's booking window, subject to availability, and advise you of any changes. |
| Guides and transport | Guiding language and transport arrangements are stated on the tour. Where required, local services use appropriately licensed guides, drivers and vehicles, with capacity suited to the confirmed group. |
| Inclusions and exclusions | Check the individual tour description for the exact inclusions, exclusions and any optional activities. Personal purchases are separate. We do not replace itinerary stops with unplanned shopping visits. |
| Direct and platform bookings | For a direct booking, payment instructions are provided by Serica. For a booking through an online travel platform, use that platform's payment and booking-management process. Products, availability and conditions may differ by channel; a platform may offer only part of our range. |
| Before you travel | Your confirmation and pre-travel information explain where and when to meet, what to bring, relevant access requirements and how to reach us. Shared departures follow the confirmed group schedule; private arrangements are agreed for your party. |
| Weather and closures | If a planned service becomes unavailable, we contact you about the change and available options. Alternatives and refunds are handled under the terms applicable to your booking and your statutory rights. |
| Changes and cancellation | For direct bookings, see our booking terms and the conditions supplied before booking. For platform bookings, the cancellation policy accepted at checkout applies; request changes or refunds through the booking platform. |
| Support on the day | Raise immediate issues with your guide, then contact Serica if further help is needed. We coordinate with the local team and handle service concerns; for platform orders, you can also contact the platform's support team. |
